Frequently asked questions

How do I join Moon MC?
Open Minecraft Java Edition (1.21 or later), go to Multiplayer → Add Server, and enter play.moonmc.fun. No whitelist or application required — just connect and play.
How do I buy a rank?
Join our Discord server at discord.gg/moonmc and open a purchase ticket. Our staff will guide you through payment and set up your rank within 24 hours. You can browse all ranks and prices on the Ranks page.
What version of Minecraft is supported?
Moon MC supports Minecraft Java Edition 1.21 and above. Bedrock Edition is not currently supported. Make sure you're running the latest Java Edition for the best experience.
How does the Lifesteal heart system work?
In Lifesteal, when you kill a player you steal one of their hearts and add it to your max HP. When you die, you lose a heart permanently. Higher ranks give you private vaults to store spare hearts. If your HP drops to zero, your gameplay may be severely restricted until you reclaim hearts.
Can I appeal a ban or mute?
Yes. Join our Discord and open a ban/mute appeal ticket. Provide your in-game name, the reason shown for your punishment, and why you believe it was incorrect. Senior staff review all appeals within 48 hours.
What are the server rules?
The full rules are posted in our Discord server. In short: no hacking or cheating, no harassment, no exploiting bugs, no inappropriate content, and respect all staff decisions. Breaking rules results in mutes, kicks, or bans depending on severity.
How do I report a bug or hacker?
Open a report ticket on Discord with video or screenshot evidence. For hackers in-game, use the /report command if available, then follow up on Discord. We take all reports seriously and respond quickly.
